The Blueprint For Aging More Slowly

 

My philosophy is to strive for progress, not perfection!  Personal fitness is a lifelong pursuit.  However, it is never too late to begin a regimen of healthy living.  People are living longer and are more concerned with health issues than ever before.  Research has shown that maintaining a healthy diet and regular exercise can greatly improve one’s quality of life.  My goal as a trainer is to teach adults, regardless of age, the benefits of flexibility, balance, cardiovascular and resistance training, which will address the demands of growing older. I look at exercise as the blueprint for aging more slowly – I can postpone your entry into the disability zone using safe and effective methods!
