Working on Balance

Balance is crucial in helping to prevent falls in our mature years.  Our trainers can help clients work on balance and strength to make them less fall prone.

I personally had witnessed the downward spiral of my own Mother’s physical and mental health after a fall.  I feel if I hadn’t arranged for her to consistently work with a professional on strength, balance and flexibility, our family wouldn’t have had the gift of having her with us as long as we did.  This recent article from the New York Times describes the impact a fall can have on one’s life.
