My philosophy is to strive for progress, not perfection! Personal fitness is a lifelong pursuit. However, it is never too late to begin a regimen of healthy living. People are living longer and are more concerned with health issues than ever before. Research has shown that maintaining a healthy diet and regular exercise can greatly improve one’s quality of life. My goal as a trainer is to teach adults, regardless of age, the benefits of flexibility, balance, cardiovascular and resistance training, which will address the demands of growing older. I look at exercise as the blueprint for aging more slowly – I can postpone your entry into the disability zone using safe and effective methods!

Energetic Seniors trainers get seniors moving at Southbridge Towers in downtown NYC.
I was truly impressed with Energetic Seniors yesterday. The Seniors’ responses to the session was incredible. The trainers actively engaged all the seniors and it was so evident that they were having fun while learning some viable skills. I thank you for bringing them such joy and we look forward to welcoming you again to Southbridge Towers.
